THERE WILL BE A $150.00 FINANCE CHARGE IF HORSE IS NOT PAID OFF IN 45 DAYS.

 

1. This agreement is made between _________________ herein after referred to as the buyer and Texashorse.org herein after referred to as the seller for purchase of the horse described below.

2. The buyer understand and agrees to the following total price

 

$____________ the seller agrees to sell and the buyer agrees

 

 to buy said horse based on the following terms.

been received by the seller. Should the Purchase Agreement to

 

terminated by the buyer before all payments are to be made,

 

the deposit will be forfeited with NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

4. The balance due of $________ which will be paid in a

5. The horses will be kept at the stable in the amount of $7.50

 

per day until horse is paid in full.  The buyer agrees to pay all

 

incidental cost (Vet, Ferrier, Training. Etc.) during this time.

 

6. The seller warrants that they have a clear title to said horse

 

Texashorse.org acts only as an agent for horses that are on

 

consignment.

 

7. You are buying the horse as is NO EXCEPTIONS!

8. Delivery of horses will be the responsibility of the buyer.

 

If Seller delivers your horse, the buyer agrees to pay $3.00

 

per mile.

 

9. In the event that the Buyer is unable to complete the

 

transaction in full, the said horse will return to the Seller

 

in satisfactory condition and the sale will be nullified and the

 

payments already made will be forfeited.

 

10. Either party may nullified the Agreement if the other party

 

breaches a material terms of this agreement, the wronged party

 

may recover reasonable attorney's fees and court cost.
